Items Requested on File Grid Dialog Box

Use this Items Requested on File grid dialog box to view all open item requests that contain this item.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, select Purchasing > Item Review.
  2. Click the Inventory tab.
  3. Click and select the item from the lookup list. The Inventory tab displays the item's quantity amounts.
  4. Click the link in the Quantity Requested field. This link is active if the item is listed in one or more item requests.

Field Description
Request No. This field displays the Request Number of an item request with the selected item.
Request Date This field displays the item request's Date.
Requested By This field displays the requester from the Requested By field of the item request.
Authorized By This field displays the approver from the Authorized By field of the item request.
Status This field displays the item request's Status.
Quantity Requested This field displays the item request's original Qty for this item's row in the item request grid.
Need Date This field displays the item request's Need Date for this item's row in the item request grid.
